So far it is looking really awesome.
Yesterday I started the first day of a couch to 5k plan. I went down to Lake Junaluska and walked for the first 5 minutes, then ran for 90 seconds and then walked for 60 seconds alternating for 20 minutes, then I walked to cool down for the last 5 minutes. I made it all the way around the Lake (2.6 miles) in just over 30 minutes.
Mom is doing a couch to 5k plan of her own and we plan to run a 5k race together in May.
